"What do the day's schedules look like?"

The daily schedule for NCCPS looks pretty much like any other conference but with one important difference. At the start of each morning, we will meet to plan the day and at the end of each afternoon, we will meet to close and connect.

General Schedule information:

• The full conference registration fee covers covers all three days, Thursday through Saturday.
• Each day runs from 8:05 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check in on the first day will begin at 7:00am
• Introduction to V-space and development will occur Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
• Workshops begin every hour on the hour.
• There will be a closing on Saturday from 3-5 p.m.
• Some workshops will take up two or more time blocks to allow the length needed by the presenter.
• Lunch and dinner are available on the premises through the meal plan.
• Meal times are limited to about one hour. This makes going off-site for lunch difficult.
• Stay & Play on Thursday will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Symposium site.
• Friday evening "Standing Room Only" hosted by Training Wheels, (location TBD)
• The schedule is fast paced and meals are served on time. (You can sleep when you get home!)

NOTE: Each workshop slot is 45 minutes long with a fifteen minute break between sessions. Workshops can run two or more periods allowing 2 - 3 hours for longer workshops.
