Does
Leahy & Associates have any additional requirements above what
ACCT has designated?
Yes!
- Leahy
& Associates requires that the faciliator submits an up-to-date
portfolio documenting their relevant experience and training AT LEAST 7
days BEFORE test day.
- For
Level II: Leahy & Associates also requires a total of 400 hours of
documented experience IF you have not completed neither our "Challenge
Course Facilitator Training" nor our "Critical Skills for Safety"
workshop.
I've
taken Tom's Critical
Skills for Safety workshop and
I have more than 200 hours but less than 400 hours of experience.
Can I test with Leahy & Associates for my Level II?
Yes. The 400 hour experience requirement is only for those
who have never taken our basic or advanced facilitation workshops.
I've been facilitating for X
years, can I simply take the Level I/Level II test?
Yes,
you may IF you meet the minimum requirements (ACCT &
L&A).
I was
trained by another vendor in the industry and I've never taken a
workshop with Leahy & Associates. Can I still test
with Leahy & Associates? Or Vice Versa?
Yes, IF you meet the minimum requirements (ACCT & L&A).
Help! I don't know where
to even start with my portfolio!
