When we met we only touched on the subject of the training site. The workshop will require:
Perhaps such a room is available at your training site. I am pretty flexible (for example, I often use two rooms of slightly smaller size, one room for instruction and reflection and the other for initiatives requiring an open space. Both rooms need to be adjacent to each other and I would need to hold both for the workshop, no sharing with others.)
Physical level: The initiatives are highly cognitive in nature but several can be adjusted to "burn off" some excess energy. My style is to adjust the activities to the physical level of the group as I "diagnose" them to be. With my experience, I can make these adjustments in a heartbeat and without anyone knowing the difference. If the group is game, I will raise the level of physical involvement, it helps keep things a bit more fun. If not or if raising the level will place certain individuals at risk, I won't go there. 100% of this workshop can be conducted indoors.
Dress code: Casual clothing is appropriate. Slacks for everyone is best. Comfortable shoes such as tennis shoes are great. Beyond that, folks will just need to have a sweater handy in case the room is too cool for some. Getting the room temperature right for everyone is impossible. Keep it warm enough to some and the very warm blooded are falling asleep. Too cool and the complaints rise.
